|The New Moon - Monday Evening
Remus sat in his room, sitting on the window ledge, staring out at the darkening sky, a book open in his lap. A strange calm was on him. The new moon always made him especially introspective. He wondered how different his life would have been if he'd never wandered off into the woods that night when he was seven, how would his personality be different. The agression that Moony had instilled in him could be a good thing, sometimes, had given him confidence and strength. But it had taken something away, too.

|Thursday night - Locked to Severus
After his 'discussion' with Sirius, it had been difficult to pay attention in his afternoon classes. He still sat in his usual spot, as he had been, next to Sirius, and he gave him a sheepish smile or two, but things were still too awkward to venture more than that.
After dinner, he did prefect duty for a few hours, patrolling the halls, making sure no one was getting up to no good. Finally, he returned to his room, and curled up by the fire with his homework. Current Mood: contemplative
|Lunchtime Rendez Vous - Locked to Sirius
Remus made his way to the appointed spot behind the statue. He was a little early. He was a little nervous. It didn't seem like Sirius to even write a note like that.
But he did want to talk to him. So he leaned against the wall, waiting. Current Mood: anxious

|Tuesday Night - Locked to Sirius
Remus had a few hours to kill, so he went to the library. He was looking for a copy of A Midsummer Night's Dream, but the librarian told him they were fresh out. He went to the small collection of muggle novels, as he was all caught up on his homework, and scanned the shelf.
He pulled out a copy of "Dracula" and leaned against the shelf, trying to decide if he should read it or not. Current Mood: blank

Yes, so, I joined the Drama Club, and it seems like it ought to be good fun. Lily, you ought to join, too. Set an example and all that. I think we're doing Midsummer Night's Dream
. Thanks to Rose for organizing everything.( PrivateCollapse ) Current Mood: happy

|Sunday Night: Den of Seduction - Locked to Snape [Warning for sex]
Remus' room is transformed. The chairs before the fire are pushed back to make room for a pit of oversized pillows all covered in deep midnight blue velvet. Warming on the hearthstones are a few assorted bottles of oils all subtly scented. The table that was previously next to one of the chairs is draped in the same dark blue, as are both the chairs and the bed. On the table is a vase with the enchanted rose and a single African Gloriosa Lily, a flat square box, two wine glasses, and a bottle of wine. The floor, bed, and pillows are strewn with white rose petals.
Remus was lying back on the pillows, wearing tight black leather trousers and nothing else. The door is unlocked. Current Mood: ready

I'd like to remind everyone that if you're out after curfew and a prefect catches you, we're completely within our rights to hand out detentions to be assigned by a professor of our choosing, which very likely mean the professor who likes you the least, depending on how uncooperative you are. It's also within our rights to simply send you back to your dormitory if it's a first offense, or if there are mitigating circumstances.( PrivateCollapse ) Current Mood: confused

This morning I caught some fourth year Hufflepuffs trying to play a prank. They really ought to leave these things to the experts. They were attempting to replace a perfectly harmless potted plant near the entrance to Slytherin House with a flesh-eating variant of a giant Venus Flytrap that one of them had accidentally cross-bred in Herbology class. Don't ask why I was haunting the entrance to Slytherin...
Needless to say, there are now a few fourth year Hufflepuffs in the infirmary. I didn't have the heart to give them detention, considering they were wailing about having fingers reattached. Current Mood: amused
